Why Run? Here’s why

It’s not always about the run, it’s about what’s inside you that drives you to go.  Sometimes it’s relaxing, sometimes it’s therapeutic, sometimes it’s invigorating, and it’s always healthy – Run for your life and all that you want to achieve.
