do you walk enoughIt’s simple, really.  The goal is to walk 10,000 steps everyday and the health benefits for you are amazing.  Do you pass the test?   If not, you should.  Think about increasing your metabolism, increasing your endurance, increasing your immune system, and just having an overall better feeling about life.  That’s what walking can do for you.  And here’s the kicker, walking is easy.  Almost everyone can do it.  You don’t need to be in good shape  to start, but if you do it, you will be in much better shape after you make it a habit.
