Motivation – you choose

Do you want to feel sore or do you want to feel sorry.  Choose being sore because it’s a sign your progressing in your healthy life.   And realize that it’s a process, it’s not always easy, but keep moving forward one step at a time.  Make the best for yourself and make yourself proud of who you can become.

feel sore or feel sorry tomorrow

if its easy everyone would do it

attack the day with enthusiam

sweat smile and repeat

5.

its a slow process but keep going

become the best you can be

you are responsbile for you

make yourself proud
